1) Service

We provide an online, client‑side converter for .msg → .eml and an optional paid local app. We may update or change features at any time.

2) Fair use

The free online tool is provided on a fair‑use basis to keep the service fast and available for everyone. Excessive or automated use may be rate‑limited.

3) Accounts & subscriptions

If you create an account or purchase a plan, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel any time to stop future renewals.

4) Payments & refunds

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Except where required by law, subscriptions are generally non‑refundable once delivered; however, we’ll consider reasonable refund requests within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been materially used. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5) Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to process unlawful content or to infringe others’ rights.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusive automation.
• Don’t attempt to bypass security or rate limits.

6) Intellectual property

The msgtoeml.com site, branding, and software are protected by intellectual‑property laws. You retain rights to your own files and content.

7) Privacy

8) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that conversion will be error‑free or that output will meet your specific requirements.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.
